OVERBEARING SECURITY GUARD
THE STORE WAS PRESIDENTE on 14870 N Kendall Drive (SW 88st ) NOT SEDANOS (Sedano's service way much better).
After I paid for them, I forgot to have them sliced. I unloaded the other items in my car and went back to inside the store. security guard immediately confronted me in Spanish as I entered the store, would not let me go forward. I explained what I needed.
He was insistent in Spanish saying customer service, I went there only to be told to wait for the manager. I explained again, showed my receipt and told to go ahead. Security guard not happy, as I left he walked across to the clerk and complained about me again as if I was stealing meat. As I waited for the meat dept to slice, the manager came to apologize for his behavior in that he always thinks people are stealing or doing wrong.
As I left I showed him my receipt again, by this time he was deep in conversation with someone else.
This is unacceptable. Racial profiling is illegal in the U.S of A.

Sedanos Sanitary Conditions Review
No querian entregar Lechon entero luego de haberlo pagado.
Fui a buscar mi lechon entero en Sedano Kissimmee #192 que habia separado unos dias antes. Resulta que al momento de pagar el balance, supuestamente no "scaneaba" el recibo que entregue.
Pasaron los minutos y llamaron a la Supervisora quien tampoco pudo resolver el problema. Llamaron a la Carneceria por intercome mas de 4 veces a un al Supervisor un tal "Felix" quien nunca llego sino fuera que lo busque personalmente. Tampoco pudo resolver la situacion y sus palabras fueron "que ya yo lo habia buscado y que por lo tanto no me lo podian entregar". Como?
Si tengo mi recibo!!!. Llame a uno de los Gerentes quien tomo un tiempo y se desaparecio como magia y tampoco me resolvio la situacion. El muy groceso carnicero se atrevio acusarme nuevamente de que yo intentaba buscar el lechon por segunda vez y que aunque llamara a quien yo quisiera NO me lo iba a entregar. Que mal, porque mi esposo le indico que ese no era problema nuestro si se lo entregaron a otra persona, Yo tenia el recibo original por lo tanto era IMPOSIBLE que otra persona lo hubiera reclamado.
El decide huir y esconderse gritando insultos y llamando a seguridad. No fue hasta que dije que iba a grabar ese espectaculo ridiculo y bajarlo a internet cuando en menos de 5 min el 3er Gerente. Sr. Espinoza, quien recibio todo mi mal humor decidio pasar la transacion manual.
(lo que debieron haber hecho los otros gerentes) Tienen que organizarse y adiestrar al personal de como tratar al cliente. Ademas, un Supermercado de esta altura, deberia tener un sistema mas eficiente para traquear los LECHONES. ¿Quien se habra llevado el lechon al fin y al cabo?

Producto en malas condiciones a la venta. *** fecha de vencimiento de junio 9/16.
Doy la queja al gerente de la tienda y no hace nada. No me compensa *** nada . Esto ocurrió en el sedanos de orlando que esta en la Semoran.
Exijo una compensación porque no es la primera vez que ocurre, además hay mas productos en estas condiciones en la tienda. Si no obtengo respuesta pronto, iré a otro nivel

Returning unopened batteries w/receipt
To my surprise,
In due to the impending danger of Hurricane Matthew, I noticed that I had run out of C batteries which were needed to operate in case of an EMERGENCY, a lantern and small tv. My first stop was at Publix in the corner of 58th & 107th but they had run out of C batteries, 2nd stop was at ACE warehouse which is across the street.
Most had been approximately 11:15am and Ace had already closed and decided to try Sedano's supermarket. They had batteries left and even though they were expensive, pack of 2 batteries- $ 4.99, I took precaution and bought 5 packs and told myself if I don't use them, I will return the next day w/receipt. Mind you, no where in the receipt does it state their return policy. To my surprised when I tried returning the batteries - unopened and with receipt on hand, I was told that they were not returnable, ask to speak to the manager and he clearly said that he could not take them back and those were their policy.
Is that ethical? Shouldn't this be disclosed somewhere on their receipt? I've never encounter this with Home Depot nor Publix supermarket. Do I have any rights?
Very upset at this moment.
